Full Terms & Conditions

 1. Package Validity All service packages are valid for a defined period starting from the date of purchase. Validity periods ensure service availability, clarity of scope, and fair use. Services must be initiated and reasonably progressed within the validity period. Unused services expire unless an extension is agreed in writing. 

2. Validity by Service Category Relocation and Bureaucracy services are valid for six months. Business Setup and Advisory services are valid for six months. Hospitality and Concept Development services are valid for six months. Project and Renovation Support services are valid for six months. Property Scouting and Due Diligence services are valid for three months from the agreed start date. Property availability and market dynamics may affect outcomes. Extensions may be granted when engagement is active. 

3. One-Off Services One-off services must be scheduled within thirty days of purchase and are considered completed once delivered. 

4. Ongoing Concierge Services Ongoing Concierge Services are provided either on a monthly subscription basis or through prepaid support hours. Prepaid concierge hours are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Concierge services pause automatically if subscriptions end or hours are exhausted. 

5. Scope and Fair Use Services are limited to the scope defined at the time of purchase. Additional requests may be quoted separately. No services are delivered outside package validity without a written extension or active subscription. 

6. Extensions Extensions are subject to availability and active engagement. Pricing and duration must be agreed in writing before services continue. 

7. Third-Party Services Regulated or specialised services including legal, accounting, architectural, engineering, or financial services are provided by independent third-party professionals and contracted directly by the client. No responsibility is assumed for third-party performance or outcomes.

BRIDGE provides concierge and advisory support only. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, financial advisory firm, or immigration authority.

Legal, tax, accounting, financial, architectural, engineering, and immigration services are provided exclusively by licensed third‑party professionals contracted directly by the client.

BRIDGE assumes no responsibility for decisions, outcomes, or services provided by third parties.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of advisory and concierge services, refunds are not guaranteed once services have commenced.

Refunds may be considered at BRIDGE’s discretion where:

  • Services have not started

  • A clear service failure has occurred

Subscriptions

Concierge subscriptions may be cancelled according to the agreed minimum commitment and billing cycle.

Concierge Services

Concierge services are offered on a subscription or prepaid hours basis.

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly

  • A minimum commitment may apply

Fair Use

Services must be used reasonably and within the agreed scope.

Pause Policy

One pause per year (maximum 30 days) may be granted at BRIDGE’s discretion.

BRIDGE may recommend third‑party professionals for convenience only.

Clients contract directly with third parties. Any referral relationships are disclosed transparently.

Complaints

Clients may submit complaints in writing to:

Resolution

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve them promptly and fairly.
